This Just In...

Well, I was filling out my transcript request form and right on the form it says "Name Change Documents Required". And I cannot find my marraige certificate to save my life. I am Fucked!

You can always order one, if need be. Not to worry; just look around for it and, if nothing is there, go and order one from Registries.

I had to order one for $30 plus tax. Grrrr! I just better take better care of this one.
