Saturday Morning

Well, I took one look at my husband this morning, after he trimmed and cleaned up his beard and I have come to the conclusion that he looks very '80's. Yeah, he sure does. I wonder what he will do with that thought.

On Thursday, Lee and I met the Doulas. We loved them. They made us feel very comfortable right away. We have decided to have them we our Doulas for the birth. I am feeling very comfortable and excited about this decision.

I fell down yesterday. I was helping Lee with the flyer route and I tripped on a step. At the first house, no less. I am flew forward and protected myself by falling on my right arm. Man alive, did that hurt. So here I am, lying on someone's lawn, clutching my arm and sobbing in pain. I felt like such a baby. (Don't say anything.) So I managed to pull myself up and continue on for a bit. I helped with half the route. Then I stayed home while Lee finished the rest. But after that rest, my arm was so sore. I couldn't lift anything with it, without an ache. I still can't. Nothing seems to be broken or anything. I will mention it when I see my doctor next.

Based on some advice from a friend of mine, (whom I just messaged with) I have decided to omit the paragraph you would be reading here. He advised it was a bad idea to bitch about work on your blog. You know, I think he is right. So, instead I leave you with this.

Well I see by the clock on the wall.
That it's time to bid you one and all.
Goodbye (Goodbye)
So long (So long)
Farewell (Farewell)
Adieu (Adieu)
Be good (Stay Well)
Bye Bye (Keep Warm)
Relax (And Eat)
Take Care (Stay Loose)
Adieu mon vieux. A la prochaine.
Goodbye 'til when we meet again!

I'm so glad you liked the Doulas. I know that I felt a lot more confident going into the birthing process knowing that I had that professional support.

A lot of women get more accident prone when they are pregnant. I'm not sure if it is because your mind is on different things, or because your centre of gravity has changed, or perhaps a combination. Anyway, it's really common. We used to all joke about it in my prenatal yoga class.

I didn't get more accident prone. Of course, what kind of accident was I going to have? A tumble off the couch??

H got more accident prone for me. He kept falling down the stairs.

LOL Sorry, but the image of H tumbling down a bit stairs is kind of humourous. Pardon the laugh.
